About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who holds a Master’s
Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from Southern
New Hampshire University and have been working in the field of
mental health for over 20 years. I provide therapy for adults while
addressing a wide range of issues.

I recognize that every individual is different, and when they are
struggling to navigate life they deserve a support
system/approach that is uniquely tailored to their strengths. Each
and every person is of value and so is their story that they have
to tell.

Individual Therapy

I offer therapy for individuals to work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and other mental health issues to help them take control of their life again.

Couples Therapy

I offer couples counseling for those who are struggling in their relationships. Together, we will work together to find the negativity in your relationship and work towards a solution.

Therapy for Teens

I offer therapy for teens age 12 - 18. Teenagers experience a lot of life changes. I provide a space for teens to talk about the changes in their life to help them navigate and grow.

Teletherapy

I offer telehealth therapy through online video chat for those who prefer to have their therapy session online. All you need is a webcam and internet connection.

How Do I Start Therapy?

Starting therapy is easy. Simply contact my office and we will set up a time to meet. During our first session will be going over what issues you are currently dealing with. After that, we will work together to get you over adversity.

How long is a therapy session?

Typically, my therapy sessions last about 50min.

How long should I go to therapy?

This depends on the person. Some people only need therapy for a few months while others
need to attend therapy for years. Each individual is different, and It’s my mission to help my
client’s eventually leave therapy and live a life without needing it.

How often should I go to therapy?

This is different from person-to-person. Typically, people attend therapy once a week. However,
for those who have been going to therapy for a while, they might only come in once a month.
While those who are in more severe circumstances attend twice a week.

What insurance do you accept?

Yes, I accept insurance from most providers. If your insurance is not listed, you can call your
provider to see if they will reimburse you for paying out-of-pocket.

What if I don’t have insurance?

That’s no problem at all. I charge $160/ hour for those who do not have insurance or do not
want to use their insurance.
