Hi, I’m Sarah
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who holds a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and have been working in the field of mental health for over 20 years. I provide therapy for adults while addressing a wide range of issues.
I recognize that every individual is different, and when they are struggling to navigate life they deserve a support system/approach that is uniquely tailored to their strengths. Each and every person is of value and so is their story that they have to tell.

I offer therapy for individuals to work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and other mental health issues to help them take control of their life again.
I offer couples counseling for those who are struggling in their relationships. Together, we will work together to find the negativity in your relationship and work towards a solution.
Therapy for Teens
I offer therapy for teens age 12 - 18. Teenagers experience a lot of life changes. I provide a space for teens to talk about the changes in their life to help them navigate and grow.
I offer telehealth therapy through online video chat for those who prefer to have their therapy session online. All you need is a webcam and internet connection.
Starting therapy has helped me a lot. Before, I wasn’t getting any sleep, I was stressed out all the time, and I kept failing assignments at work and I thought I was going to be fired. Since going to therapy, that has all changed for the better.
My anxiety was out of control. I couldn’t go anywhere without feeling incredibly tense. My social life was falling apart. After being taught several coping skills I’ve been able to manage my anxiety and take control of my life again.

Starting therapy is easy. Simply contact my office and we will set up a time to meet. During our first session will be going over what issues you are currently dealing with. After that, we will work together to get you over adversity.
Typically, my therapy sessions last about 50min.
This depends on the person. Some people only need therapy for a few months while others need to attend therapy for years. Each individual is different, and It’s my mission to help my client’s eventually leave therapy and live a life without needing it.
This is different from person-to-person. Typically, people attend therapy once a week. However, for those who have been going to therapy for a while, they might only come in once a month. While those who are in more severe circumstances attend twice a week.
Yes, I accept insurance from most providers. If your insurance is not listed, you can call your provider to see if they will reimburse you for paying out-of-pocket.
That’s no problem at all. I charge $160/ hour for those who do not have insurance or do not want to use their insurance.
