Let’s Walk Together Toward a Brighter Future

Dedicated Psychiatric Treatment and Medication Management

My Services

I see children, adolescents, and adults. We begin with a consultation and over several sessions we will collaborate with families, schools and any other providers needed. I’ll give my recommendations of what course of action to take. Also, we will work together to find the best treatment for you.

During our sessions, you are more than welcome to ask any questions that come to mind. You are in a safe and welcoming atmosphere where there are no “stupid” questions.

We will work together to find the right treatment that suits your needs. After all, every individual is different and as we work together, I will adapt to said needs to provide the best possible service.

Psychopharmacology

During our visits, I will monitor the effects of the medication that you are currently placed on. I will inquire about the side effects, and at times, use genetic testing if you experience multiple medication failures

Psychotherapy

I use several therapy methods to work in combination with the medication to help you form new healthy habits.

Consultations

I offer consultations, which last 45-60 min. This will help me to understand what led you to treatment. I will be focusing on your current symptoms and exploring stressors along with existing coping mechanisms to develop your treatment plan.

Genetic Testing

Medication is different for everyone. As such, some medications might not work for you whereas they do wonders for others. However, genetic testing allows me to understand how certain medications metabolize and avoid medication that can have unwanted side effects.

I believe mental health treatment is a process that takes time. This is why I take a more symptom oriented approach with a depth-oriented understanding of psychological development.

What happens after our consultation?

This depends on the person. However, after we find a medication that sounds like it will work for you, we will have follow up appointments to track how you are doing with that current medication and adjust accordingly.
